BURGA — a fashion brand taking the world by storm — is looking for an experienced B2B Sales Manager to drive our international sales!

GET READY TO:
- Conduct market analyses and research for new B2B clients, managing the entire process from client acquisition to establishing long-term relationships;
- Develop and implement innovative sales initiatives, focusing on expanding the company's presence globally;
- Execute comprehensive sales plans, encompassing market research, pricing strategies, and sales forecasting;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and retention rates;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, manufacture and customer support, to align strategies and enhance customer experiences;
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities in different markets, utilizing data to inform decisions and adjust sales strategies;
- Ensure compliance with regulations and trade policies during sales operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B service/product sales, showcasing success in attracting new customers;
- Ideally having previous experience in developing a market for new products or working in a role as the prime driver of sales expansion for a retail business.
- Experience and competence in the IT and telecommunications industry would be a huge plus;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and time management skills;
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with different level stakeholders;
- Goal-driven and proactive approach;
- Analytical mindset;
- Excellent English language skills; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
