Job information:
- Sales of wooden houses to B2C customers in Germany;
- Distant selling to customers, mainly visitors of our website (by phone, e-mail, online if needed).
- No cold calling! The generation of inquiries is driven by the company's digital marketing;
- Implementation of monthly sales goals, effective communication with customers, complete management of the sales and after-sales process;
- Preparation of commercial offers, negotiations, price analysis;
- Analysis of potential / existing customers’ needs;
- Management of all sales-related processes (logistics, local construction partners, etc.).
Requirements:
- Fluent German (the main working language to be used in all interactions with the customers);
- Good English (to be used for communication inside the office and colleagues);
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills;
- Strong ability to sell by phone and email, online if needed (deals with “warm” and “hot” clients);
- Customer orientation, responsibility, diligence;
- Being able to work with CRM systems is an advantage.
