- Take the lead on Partnerships – you will be the main person responsible for establishing new partnerships and maintaining and developing the existing ones, growing Cash Management sales via Partners across the Baltics
- Provide high level advisory services to a limited customer portfolio, so that your main focus stays on Partnership development
- Take an active part in developing customized liquidity management solutions
- Working in close cooperation with Partners and Relationship Managers to provide the best & towards customer needs oriented Cash Management Solutions
- Ensure intensive and extensive growth of Partner-driven business
- To become valuable team member, as we believe that stand alone we can do a lot but as a team we can standout
YOUR PROFILE:
- Strong communication, organization, proactive and interpersonal skills
- Experience in financial sector and knowledge of Daily Banking products is a must
- Experience in working with corporate customers and/ or selling cash management products is a must
- Experience in establishing and managing partnerships or B2B business development is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Lithuanian and English language skills (both written and verbal)
