Billing Specialist (maternity cover)

I am Alma Vaičiulienė, and I am leading the Non-standard billing and corrections team at Telia Lithuania. I am looking for a temporary Billing Specialist during employee’s maternity leave to become a part of our team in Vilnius!

The team you will be a part of is responsible for B2O and non-standard billing, partners settlements and customers‘ invoices corrections. I am super proud of each team member as we improve our skills to fulfill individual dreams and bring expected business value. To excel in this team, you need to be a flexible person who embraces change, have attention to details and have inspiration to actively engage in driving and supporting improvements. In this role you have a great opportunity to collaborate almost with all Telia teams.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Carriers (B2O voice interconnect) billing (revenues & expenses accounting) and disputes management
• Webhosting services billing activities; invoices and disputes management
• Invoice delivery for public sector customers management (according to public legal requirements)
• Partners settlement management (premium rate; parking, short numbers, M2M, prepaid card distributors & etc.)
• Non-standard advance invoices management
• Control of accuracy and fairness of invoices during bill run
• Customer inquiries and problem solving (non-standard), analyze and validate disputes results
• Report KPI‘ results
• Provide business requirements for billing activities improvement
• Active participation in Business Transformation and other various projects.

Your experience and skills:

• > 1 year of experience working in Finance or Customer Service areas
• Strong analytical, evaluation, and problem-solving skills
• Good excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot table, etc.)
• Solid PC skills (MS Office and related products)
• Fluency in English (B2 and above; written and spoken).

Working in this position you will receive a base monthly salary of 1600 – 2100Eur (gross) plus annual bonuses depending on your competencies and your and Telia results. Besides for each employee Telia has an additional employee benefits package that includes:
