Our Brand Manager role within the wholesale department goes beyond traditional branding and marketing responsibilities, placing a strong emphasis on achieving sales results in collaboration with the sales team. As the Brand Manager, you will collaborate closely with our sales, marketing, and purchasing teams to develop strategies tailored to our markets in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. You will have the opportunity to shape and lead the development of our products and brands, and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

✔ You manage the brands portfolio, including product launches, pricing strategies, promotional campaigns and brand initiatives.
✔ You will be responsible for establishing strategic communication channels and will be holding regular meetings with our suppliers and key customers.
✔ You lead the local merchandisers with the goal of securing product presence and increasing visibility of marketing campaigns in store.

✔ You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the wholesale or sale industry.
✔ You possess strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
✔ You speak English at professional level; knowledge of the Russian language is an advantage.
