Business Analyst

· We are a growing network of sports clubs across the Baltics, and we invite you to join our international Impuls & Lemon Gym team.

· In this role, you will analyze financial and operational indicators, as well as marketing and customer data, helping the team better understand business performance. You will also work with data processing, structuring, and presenting insights, contribute to budget preparation and planning, and help improve our business analytics tools.

· You will have the freedom and support to automate reports and improve processes while working closely with colleagues from finance, marketing, and other teams to contribute to business development.

· 3+ years of experience as a business analyst.

· An understanding of basic financial accounting principles.

· Strong analytical thinking skills.

· Excellent MS Excel skills.

· Experience with Power BI would be a strong advantage.

· Good communication skills in Lithuanian and English.

· The ability to work independently, manage priorities, and organize your time effectively.
