Our expectations:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Information Technology, or
- related field.
- Proven experience in project management.
- Knowledge of business continuity regulatory requirements, standards and practices relevant for the financial sector.
- Previous experience in business continuity planning, emergency management or related field.
- Professional certification in Business Continuity Management will be considered favorably.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and high level of maturity.
- Fluent English and one of Baltic language skills.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure alignment with the group policies and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate and oversee the development of emergency, business and resource recovery plans.
- Challenge the effectiveness of business impact analysis.
- Perform risk assessments on potential risks that may impact business operations and oversee the implementation of mitigation measures.
- Cooperate with process owners and other stakeholders to ensure a proper response to unforeseen disruptions.
- Develop and implement awareness program, incl. organizing trainings, leading and coordinating testing and simulation exercises to evaluate the effectiveness of the plans.
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure they meet the company’s business continuity requirements.
- Prepare status updates and reports to the management bodies and regulator.

3200-4000 €/mon. gross
