As a Business Developer/Analyst your responsibilities will include:
- Owning, developing and maintaining business processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, user experience and profitability;
- Collecting and analyzing requirements, translating and implementing them into IT solutions and providing full support for IT development;
- Active involvement and contribution to projects and initiatives related to E-commerce;
- Implement tasks in an agile way and self-manage deliveries;
- Design E-commerce services, support stakeholders and customers on a smooth navigation in set framework.
You'll be the right fit if you have:
- Experience in product development and solution analysis;
- Experience with card payments and understanding of Visa/MasterCard rules;
- Quick in adopting to new solutions;
- Ability to analyze and prepare detailed requirements for development;
- A results-oriented approach with a willingness to support innovative thinking;
- Team player with problem-solving skills, structural thinking and “can-do” attitude;
- Ability to manage your time and prioritize;
- Good in Lithuanian and English, spoken and written.
