Business Developer

About the role

The purpose of the job is to drive new business development by identifying, attracting, and developing potential customers within the assigned market segment and geography, while building strong customer relationships and supporting the achievement of sales revenue and profitability targets. The role is responsible for prospecting and engaging new customers, understanding their needs, promoting the company’s products and services, and successfully handing over newly acquired customers to Account Managers for further development.


What we expect from you:

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Being able to actively listen to prospects, understand their needs and pain points.
• At least 1 year sales experience (preferred outbound experience qualifying leads and prospecting).
• Ability to remain persistent and resilient, as it takes multiple attempts to engage a prospect and move them through the sales funnel.
• CRM and other sales tools management – Salesforce or any other system provided by the company.
• Computer literacy (MS Office Suite).
• English Level - B2 - C1

What you will do:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned market segment.
• Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and prepare tailored commercial offers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and newly acquired customers.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service conditions with customers.
• Coordinate the first shipments and ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Generate revenue from new customers in line with sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer development opportunities.
• Manage newly acquired clients for the first year and hand them over to the Account/Customer Manager after successful development.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Pricing and Customer Care, to ensure effective customer onboarding and service execution.
• Support team members during absences and perform other business development tasks as required

Base Monthly Salary: From 2930 to 3670 Euro Gross/Monthly. The final offer will depend on the candidate’s experience, competencies, and overall fit for the role.
