We are currently looking for a: Business Development Project Manager

Would you like to:

• Build long-term relationships with the company's largest customers and offer logistics solutions that best meet their needs;
• Develop new BC and M-level customers;
• Present company services to potential partners, prepare and negotiate the details of commercial offers;
• Actively search for new prospective business customers in European and CIS counties, initiate and coordinate sales processes;
• Analyze market tendencies and customer needs to identify opportunities for future business development.

We expect you:

• Have 2-3 years of experience in sales and logistics;
• Fluent Russian language skills (both oral and written), good command of English;
• Have skills to work independently, make good decisions fast, and take on the responsibility;
• Have a proactive, "can do“ attitude and a result-oriented, diplomatic personality;
• To be open and love to interact with people, be able to express yourself, and be attentive to customers' needs;
• International sales experience and experience in logistics area - advantage.

Monthly salary ranges from 3030 EUR to 3790 EUR gross + bonuses (the specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed, and suitability to the requirements of the position.).
