Currently we are looking for a 🌟 Business Development Specialist 🌟to our team in Kaunas. As part of the role, you will be responsible for contributing to business growth through new client sales. The primary focus of the role is to identify leads, manage the sales process, and win new business, while building long-term relationships with Insuvia’s customers.
Currently we are looking for a 🌟 Business Development Specialist 🌟to our team in Kaunas. As part of the role, you will be responsible for contributing to business growth through new client sales. The primary focus of the role is to identify leads, manage the sales process, and win new business, while building long-term relationships with Insuvia’s customers.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Actively and regularly look for and develop new leads and opportunities using various communication channels, such as: phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, teleconferences, etc.;
- Accurately communicate Insuvia’s capabilities/services, positioning and competitive advantage;
- Develop high quality proposals to prospective clients;
- Prepare for, attend and represent Insuvia at professional conferences and events;
- Develop excellent market/services understanding in order to effectively communicate with clients;
- Conduct continuous market research and competitor analyses;
- Contribute to Insuvia’s marketing activities;
- Contribute to BD goals and to the continuous improvement of sales processes.
Required qualifications:
- Life Sciences, Business or other University degree of relevant field (final-year students also considered);
- Fluent command of English (written and oral);
- Target-driven and result-oriented approach;
- Self-confidence;
- Positive attitude.
