Currently, at Littelfuse, we are seeking a talented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will support the sales reporting and analytic needs of the organization by providing valuable insights derived from data analysis. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics, analyze trends, and develop actionable recommendations to drive business growth and efficiency.

This role reports to the Business Intelligence Lead and offers the possibility to work in a Hybrid working model from our office in Kaunas City Center or your home office.

ABOUT THE JOB:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations with Power BI
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
  • Prepare and generate ad hoc sales reports from a BW / Microsoft Power BI environment to support the sales reporting and analytic needs of the organization
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to management
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements through data analysis
  • Provide training to team members on Microsoft Power BI

ABOUT YOU:

  • Degree in applied mathematics, business management, IT or related
  • 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a business intelligence or analytics role
  • Proficiency in Power BI
  • Strong MS Office skills required (Excel/Access)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (Both in Lithuanian and English languages)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement

Salary

1900-2100 €/mon. gross
The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
