Work from home - UAB „Manpower Lit“

What you will do:

  • Act as the key link between the company and local partners.
  • Build and grow strong, long-term partnerships.
  • Align on business plans, targets, and track performance.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory landscape.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, sales, finance, regulatory, supply chain, market access).
  • Support product lifecycle management, launches, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Drive synergies across the Baltic markets and the wider EEI region.

What we're looking for:

  • 7+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in commercial roles, including 3+ years in a senior position with business development responsibility.
  • Experience across multiple therapeutic areas (Contraception, Fertility, Migraine, Respiratory, Dermatology, Pain, Cardiovascular, Bone, Neurology) and working with external partners.
  • Data driven approach and strong understanding of business dynamics; experience across Baltic markets would be a strong advantage.
  • Fluent in at least one Baltic language (LT/LV/EE) and comfortable working in English.
  • Strategic and proactive personality, ability to take ownership and drive results independently.

Please note, that the position requires travelling within Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.

Salary

4600-6000 €/mon. gross
Final salary offer will depend on your experience and competencies, relevant for the position.
