The opportunity
Joining as a Business Support Administrator at EY within the Tax service line is a pivotal support role responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment. This role demands a meticulous eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Your key responsibilities
- Make necessary bookings, manage documentation and various other requests.
- Support project teams with administrative tasks in project management, local systems and internal processes.
- Participate in improvement of internal processes of the department.
- Organize internal service line team events.
- Maintain continuous interaction with colleagues from service line and administration department.
- Manage expectations and ensure outstanding internal client service.
- Demonstrate professionalism through a positive and cooperative attitude and by maintaining the confidential and proprietary nature of client relationships.
- General assistance to project teams.
Attributes to thrive in the role
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior administrative or office experience, especially within a professional services or tax environment, could be advantageous.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and multitasking ability.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as the capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- English and Lithuanian language proficiency.
