Quick resolution of inquiries by phone, email and other communication platforms;
Working with the database;
Communication with partners for inquiries;
Work with a flexible schedule (shifts).

Are able to manage non-standard situations and solve them;
Know how to work MS Office;
Have good knowledge of English;
Be native in Latvian language;
Knowledge of Lithuanian language would be an advantage.
