Chief Financial Officer

Location: Lithuania (with responsibilities across international markets)


The Role:
We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who possesses strong analytical acumen and exceptional leadership skills. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in compiling comprehensive reports essential for monitoring our company's performance across all operations, both domestic and international.

Proven experience as a CFO, or relevant role, particularly in international company.
Comprehensive understanding of Financial Accounting, Reporting Systems, and Reporting cycles, to record, and summarize, all transactions from business operations.
Prepare financial statements including the balance sheet, income statements, and cash flow statements that record operating performance and prepare a narrative for monthly variance report.
Strong analytical skills and experience creating budgets.
Ability to identify and work on blind spots in a company's financial framework.
Experience in creating new revenue streams for a company.
Knowledge of English, and Russian at not lower than B2.

Oversee daily accounting operations and personnel including, accounts payable, accounts receivable, commission payments, and two staff accountants.
Prepare and perform a primary review of monthly financial reports for the Company. Compile and analyze financial reports to monitor company performance.
Work with other managers of the Company to develop operational and managerial reporting needed to assist the managers in making competent and well-informed decisions.
Provide leadership and direction to the finance teams of the companies assigned to the group.
Work closely with other C-suite executives to optimize the company's financial performance and strategic position.
