CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Doloop is one of the leading PET packaging manufacturers in the Baltic region, serving international markets through three business segments: preforms, bottles and PET film. We are looking for a business-oriented CFO who will actively contribute to profitability improvement, operational efficiency, investment decisions, business transformation and future growth opportunities.

● Act as an active business partner to the CEO and management team.
● Shape and implement the company’s financial strategy.
● Lead budgeting, forecasting and performance management processes.
● Drive profitability and efficiency improvement initiatives.
● Manage financing requirements, banking relationships and covenants.
● Support investment evaluation and potential M&A opportunities.
● Strengthen business analytics, KPIs, Power BI and data-driven decision making.
● Lead and develop the finance, accounting and business analytics team.

● Significant experience as a CFO, Finance Director or senior finance leader in manufacturing.
● Strong FP&A expertise and business performance analysis skills.
● Deep understanding of manufacturing economics and profitability drivers.
● Experience working with banks, financing instruments and financial institutions.
● Strong financial modelling and investment evaluation capabilities.
● Experience with Power BI, automation and AI-enabled finance solutions.
● Leadership experience with proven ability to develop teams.
● Excellent English skills.

The role is based at Doloop’s office in Vilnius, Manufaktūrų st. or Šiauliai headquarters.
As the company’s production site is located in Šiauliai, the ability to visit the plant at least one day per week is preferred.
