Job description

We are currently looking for a Chief Marketing Officer for Girteka Group to be in charge of the organization’s international marketing and communication strategy development and execution.

Your Responsibilities

Work with C-level executives within the Girteka Group on integrated Marketing strategies that drive brand recognition and support business growth.
Lead the Marketing organization. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and accountability.
Develop the team. Promote professional development and growth opportunities for team members. Assure the team stays up-to-date on industry best practices and trends.
Manage the marketing budget to ensure effective use of resources.
Measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives through appropriate Key Performance Indicators.
Build and develop a positive reputation for the Girteka group and its brands.
Oversee crisis communication. Safeguard the company‘s reputation and be a trusted advisor to the internal business stakeholders.
Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure high quality and consistent delivery of marketing services.

Our Expectations

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably as a Chief Marketing Officer or equivalent.
Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing strategic marketing plans that drive business growth.
Experience in leading diverse international teams (10+).
Broad marketing background. Familiarity with strategic marketing, performance marketing, marketing communications, and product marketing.
Proficient in working within an international matrix organization.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to translate strategy into action.
Excellent written and oral communications skills and ability to influence different stakeholders, as well as work collaboratively across peer networks.
Ability to make decisions and focus on driving results.
Customer-focused mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Advanced proficiency in English (C2 level).

Base monthly salary: from €7500 to €9500 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
