IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• lead the team of 8 NPI engineers that are responsible for calculating manufacturing cost and introducing new products in our manufacturing system
• identify and develop the team’s strengths and competences
• set strategy and monitor progress towards goals
• organize and coordinate every day activity of the NPI group
• maintain and improve efficiency of group processes
• provide engineering support to business clients, sales department, and production.

WE BELIEVE THAT YOU:

• hold a higher education degree in electronics, manufacturing engineering or a related field
• possess English language skills at a B2 level or higher
• have manager/team lead work experience (at least 1 year) in the field of manufacturing
• have experience, related to NPI process regarding the automotive or medical standards
• hold experience in manufacturing automation (would be advantageous)
• acquired knowledge of Lean practices (would be advantageous)

Salary:

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive compensation package that will match your skillset and expertise in the field. The salary for this position is from 20 Eur/h - 24 Eur/h (3360Eur - 4032 Eur) pre-tax with the option to get substantial bonuses according to your results.

• In an employment agreement we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
