With consolidated annual revenue exceeding EUR 161 million and over 200 employees, Mapri is expanding its operations in Lithuania and seeking experienced local leadership to drive this next phase of growth.
The COO will work closely with the company's Management team to oversee day-to-day operations, lead the core team (including accounting, structural engineering, and site personnel), and take primary responsibility for business development in the Lithuanian market.

HERE YOU'LL
- Oversee daily operations across all active construction projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Lead and develop the operational team, including project managers, site personnel, and technical staff.
- Drive business development by identifying new client opportunities, strengthening existing relationships, and expanding Mapri Statyba's market presence in Lithuania.
- Manage the full construction project cycle, from estimating and bidding through to scheduling, budgeting, and closeout.
- Collaborate with the board to align operational priorities with the companys strategic growth plans.
- Establish and improve internal processes to enhance operational efficiency, resource management, and project delivery.
- Represent Mapri Statyba externally, building the company's reputation in the Lithuanian construction sector.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience in construction, ideally with a background in project management or operations (subcontracting experience is valued and relevant).
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage construction operations from start to finish.
- A hands-on, results-driven attitude with the hunger to build and grow a business.
- Strong understanding of the Lithuanian construction market, clients, and regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- The ability to work independently, make decisions under pressure, and execute on strategic priorities.
