Position Summary:
As a Chief Technology Officer you will:
- Be a part of Big3 IT managers team (Chief Technology Officer, CISO and Head of Engineering) to develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals
- Development of IT infrastructure (hardware and software)
- Help optimize all departments using software solutions and assist with data gathering, statistics and reporting
- Develop and implement a comprehensive information security program, including policies, procedures, and controls
- Identify opportunities and risks for the business
- Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
- Assist with the recruitment, retention and talent acquisition efforts of the company. Build relationships with vendors, communities and customers
- Build quality assurance and data protection processes. Implement and maintain relevant policies, for example privacy policy and GDPR policy
- Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance
- Communicate technology strategy to the CEO, COO and regional Management teams
Requirements:
- Experience 7+ years as CTO or CIO, preferably with experience in international company or group of companies devoted to Technological B2C or B2B solutions or services
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus
- Experience in managing IT department team with both IS, product and infrastructure responsibilities
- Understanding of budgets and business-planning
- Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership and organizational abilities
