We are looking for a customer centric person with coaching skills to take on the role as a Coacher in SEB Life and Pension Baltic SE Lithuanian branch. You will organize, lead and execute trainings for private sales channels employees on products and processes of the company.

Your responsibilities:
- Lead and execute trainings for private sales channels employees on products and processes of the company.
- Coach sales and service skills and spread the best practice among sales area employees.
- Take responsibility for creating skills matrix for sales channels.
- Ensure proper certification program for relevant sales area employees.
- Manage and monitor quality assurance of services provided by the private sales teams.
- Monitor completeness and drive timely updates of the product knowledge depository by the responsible parties.
- Monitor and escalate places for improvement in sales processes.
- Take active role in the various strategic initiatives.
- Cooperate closely with colleagues from other departments and the Baltic countries in order to ensure the quality of customer consulting.
What we expect:
- Academic degree in Economics, Business Management or similar.
- Experience of insurance business and/or financial market, including awareness of sales area related regulations.
- Training and coaching experience with focus on sales performance.
- Experience in sales.
- Good in English with written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong self-motivation and proactivity.
- Customer focused mindset.
- Strong ability and believe in collaboration based on inclusion, openness, mutual respect and integrity.
