- Act as an analytical partner to the CEO and HQ Analytics team, supporting commercial and strategic decisions.
- Lead market, channel, pricing and SKU performance analysis across the Baltics, with primary focus on Lithuania.
- Deliver accurate daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting using Excel, supported by Power BI.
- Provide actionable local insights to support sales planning, pricing decisions and trade marketing initiatives.
- Manage ERP data quality and manual data inputs.
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies and improvement opportunities across analytical processes within the company; propose automation and reporting enhancements.
What Will Help You Succeed:
- 2+ years of experience in an analytical role where you worked with real business data. Experience in FMCG or manufacturing environment would be considered as an advantage.
- Strong Excel skills and enjoyment of working with large, sometimes imperfect datasets. Familiarity with Power BI, SAP or Nielsen would be beneficial.
- Native Lithuanian and fluent English (B2).
- A degree in finance, economics, mathematics or a similar field.
- Ability to turn numbers into clear recommendations, not just reports.
- Attention to detail, ownership mindset and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
