Littelfuse Corporate Communications Team is seeking a motivated and detail-orientated individual to join as a Communication Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering compelling content that engages employees and strengthens the company’s culture. Working closely with key stakeholders you will ensure all internal communication is clear, consistent, and aligned with the company’s goals and values.

ABOUT THE JOB:

  • Develop and execute content for internal articles, email and video campaigns, supporting the overall strategic direction and culture objective for the company
  • Support public relations and marketing activities by researching, editing and pitching press releases and developing social media content
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels, including executives as well as cultivate relationships with media contacts and industry partners to enhance the company's brand
  • Analyze the effectiveness of communications campaigns and recommend improvement. Update and monitor content calendars
  • Maintain relationships with vendors including quote preparation, processing and invoice management

ABOUT YOU:

  • A degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or related field
  • Familiarity with communication strategies
  • Proficient with MS Office, especially PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Team player with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of Photoshop is beneficial

Salary

2000-2500 €/mon. gross
The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
