Collaborating closely with our Head of Compliance and a dedicated team of legal professionals, you'll drive excellence in regulatory adherence while fostering a culture of integrity and ethical conduct.

- Provide invaluable legal insights and advice to our colleagues and management, guiding strategic decision-making.
- Craft internal legal documents with precision, including policies, procedures, and board decisions.
- Conduct thorough compliance reviews of agreements, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Partner with our risk management unit to assess product compliance and bolster our second line of defense.
- Contribute to the enhancement of internal procedures, addressing compliance gaps identified through audits.
- Lead the development and maintenance of a comprehensive map of company documents.

What we're looking for
- 2–3 years of experience in compliance within financial institutions or law firms.
- A degree in Law or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in legal analysis and risk management.
- A keen understanding of Lithuanian and European financial sector regulations.
- Fluency in English, enabling effective communication across borders and cultures.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a knack for deciphering complex documents and policies.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with precision.
