Your key responsibilities:
- Analyze new legal and regulatory requirements and assess their impact;
- Plan, coordinate, implement compliance programs and projects organization-wide;
- Collaborate with various departments on the implementation of new requirements;
- Manage compliance risks, perform investigations, establish control mechanisms, monitor compliance;
- Develop and deliver compliance training programs for employees;
- Report to senior management on the progress and results of compliance projects;
- Expected to perform routine daily tasks using ChatGPT or a similar tool to enhance efficiency and productivity.
What we’re looking for:
- University degree in law, finance, audit or a related field;
- 2+ years of experience in compliance, risk management or related areas;
- Extensive knowledge of applicable laws (LT, ES), regulatory environment, and best practices;
- Proven project management skills and experience leading complex projects;
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken, Lithuanian - a native language;
- Proven familiarity and experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and other technologies, demonstrating a capability to seamlessly integrate these into daily tasks.

Salary
2800-3300 €/mon. net
