Construction Engineer

We are a construction company with more than 28 years of experience in the Lithuanian market, delivering residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects. We are looking for a responsible and motivated Construction Engineer to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of current and future projects. Key Responsibilities:
1.Organize and coordinate construction activities on site.
2.Supervise the quality of construction works and ensure compliance with project documentation.
3.Monitor project schedules and budgets.
4.Collaborate with designers, contractors, clients, and construction supervision specialists.
5.Prepare technical documentation, progress reports, and other project-related documentation.
6.Resolve technical issues arising during the construction process.
7.Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety requirements as well as construction regulations.

1.Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, civil engineers Engineering, or a related field.
2.Knowledge of construction processes; previous experience in a similar role (2+ years is considered an advantage).
3.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documentation.
4.Strong organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and ability to work independently.
5.Good computer skills (MS Office).
6.Category B driving license (an advantage).
7.Good command of Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.

2500-4500 €/mon. gross
