Responsibilities:

  • The Project Manager shall be responsible for the coordination of the construction works and represent the Contractor in all matters related to technical, organizational, and administrative issues. He will also be the main contact of the Customer during the project implementation, including the period of development of the 100% Design;
  • Leadership for the team in the execution of the contractual requirements for the Customer.
  • Control of contractual obligations of the subcontractors
Schedule and budget control
  • Verification of Monthly Valuations from RELJEF/FEPS to the Customer
Project team internal processes management
  • Coordination of project handover procedures to the client and for the local authorities
  • Project Management of an assigned large-scale modular construction projects on several dedicated location ( in specific Germany region).
  • Project team management: managing and planning our own staff as required, as well as coordinating the staff of our project partner.

We expect, that you are/have:

  • Completed degree in civil engineering, construction, architecture;
  • At least 5-7 years experience in the Big scale project management of construction site (from 7-10 mln eur);
  • Certificate as a supervisor of construction works would be a big advantage;
  • Fluent English proficiency (all the communication would be in English, good German and is a plus);
  • Command Lithuanian;
  • Driving licence (Category B)
  • Professional conduct, self-reliant, very good leadership, communication and team working skills
  • Good proficiency with Microsoft Office (MS Teams, MS Excel etc).

Salary: 3,300–4,500 EUR (after taxes), depending on skills and experience.
