8 figures in our first year. now we’re looking for someone to help lead our creator community.
you’ll learn how we create and scale ads, work directly with the people doing it, and use that experience to help 200+ creators make better content and earn more.

you’ll also get the experience of running a team and building a program with room to earn more as you deliver results.

$3–5k/month base + profit-based bonuses.

you’ll start alongside kira, who runs the program today. the goal is for you to eventually run it yourself.

what you’ll do:

• get to know our creators and understand where they need help
  
• review videos and give clear, useful feedback
  
• study the ads that perform and help creators understand why
  
• run coaching calls, share ideas, and keep people motivated
  
• organize the work and follow through so things actually get done
  

you should have experience working closely with people and helping them get results. creator management, coaching, account management, or leading a team could all be relevant.

you also need a good understanding of what makes an ad work. experience using meta ads manager to review creative performance is a big plus.

you can give honest feedback without making someone feel stupid. you ask good questions, learn fast, and notice what needs doing without waiting to be told.
