CONTRACT MANAGER (F/M/D) | IGNITIS RENEWABLES

We are looking for a colleague to lead and execute package contracting activities for at least one or multiple Tier 2/3 contracts, with a focus on Offshore WTGs, Offshore Foundations, Offshore/Onshore Substation, MV/HV Cables, or Port activities, typically involving several 10 million Euros. Additionally, take charge of related contracting activities, including accompanying design, consultancy, and further contracting contracts. Participate in all associated contract negotiations, led by the Work Package Manager, and assume responsibility for all contractual matters. Your key areas of responsibilities will be:

• Together with the Work Package Manager, take responsibility to manage, elaborate, and maintain all contractual agreements/CoC (Key Contract Terms, Contract, contractual Schedules)
• Handle complete, package-related contractual document management and elaboration process, including responsible management of all contractual clarification and deviation topics
• Work on the basis of the project's (purchase) governing model: Implement the contractual processes, requirements, tendering rules, reporting, and document handling standards
• Preparation of and participation in all package-related negotiations, lead all contractual negotiations (in close coordination with the WPM)
• In close coordination with the package-related Contract Manager, takes the lead in the whole contractual document management/elaboration, including Contract (Agreement) and contractual Schedules
• Interact with all related interfaces to/from the package, participate in all related meetings.

Salary range for this position group is 3124 to 4686 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
