As a member of our team you would:
- Analyse, compose, negotiate, and finalize commercial agreements such as supply, acquisition, joint venture, and service contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- Coordinate legal counsel across diverse jurisdictions, delivering business-focused legal counsel to internal teams and partners in multiple markets.
- Develop and implement company procedures and policies to identify and mitigate legal risks related to industry-specific matters, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Draft and review internal legal documentation including procedures, processes, letters, and certifications.
- Oversee corporate governance activities, including maintaining corporate records, entity history, and corporate databases.
- Conduct research and provide support to the management team on various legal matters.
Desirable Qualifications:
- High proficiency in Russian and English (both spoken and written). Lithuanian language is not a must.
- 4+ years of experience practicing corporate law, preferably within the international trade or logistics sectors.
- Legal studies degree.
