Country Sales Manager

Work Duties

  • Planning sales strategies, attracting clients, and maintaining daily communication with them to meet sales goals.
  • Striving for outstanding achievements and representing the company's interests within the country.
  • Daily engagement with the Bitrix24 sales CRM.
  • Roof diagnostics; client visits in Lithuania.

Reikalavimai darbuotojui

  • A minimum of 3 years in sales, ideally with experience in the construction industry or related sectors.
  • Proficiency in Lithuanian, Russian, and English languages.
  • Ability to prepare commercial offers and conclude contracts.
  • Experience in the B2B sector, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and tools for roof diagnostics offer preparation, and contract finalization.
  • Excellent multitasking and stress management skills. Must be capable of collaborative and independent problem-solving.
  • Exceptional client service skills and adept at handling incoming requests.
