What you'll do

• Create innovative campaigns, memorable slogans, and engaging content tailored specifically for the Baltic market
• Develop briefs and create production schedules
• Manage advertising projects from the initial idea to the final launch, ensuring high quality at every step
• Cooperate with external agencies and other stakeholders
• Perform market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for campaign content and strategies
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team and other involved departments on both a local and international level
• Keep up with trends and look for ways to improve advertising efficiency

About you

• Preferable higher education in a related field
• Experience in advertising, communications, or project management
• Fluent Lithuanian language and the ability to write correctly, clearly, and creatively
• Very good English language skills (at least B2 level)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, plan time effectively, and meet deadlines
• Ability to work both in a team and independently
• Knowledge in marketing tools (AI, Adobe Suite, Google Workspace and/ or MS office) is an advantage
• Results oriented person with personal initiative and high sense of responsibility
• Strong communication and presentation skills, paired with a creative and analytical mindset
