· Define credit and collection policy
· Review credit and collection management process and implement necessary changes
· Monitor the client portfolio, review potential risks, and update credit limits
· Provide credit analysis for new clients, partners, and agents and define credit limits
· Manage debt portfolio and follow up collection process and potential losses
· Report portfolio credit risk and collection performance reports and KPIs
· Perform third-party due-diligence process

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE
· University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
· 4+ years of similar work experience
· Work experience in project management and process review/definition
· Thorough knowledge of credit and collection processes
· Excellent English skills (C1 level)
· Experience in MS (especially Excel)
· Open and positive communication behavior
· Flexibility and adaptability
