Group Risk is a global and independent control function. The overall purpose of Group Risk is to understand the risk profile of SEB and to prevent SEB from taking excessive risk. The main responsibility for Group Risk is to identify, measure, monitor and analyse SEB's risks. The main risk types are credit, market, liquidity, operational, IT, and insurance risks.
We are looking for Credit risk officer at Risk Department, responsible for development and providing input to credit risk area related processes, reporting within SEB Lithuania.
About the position
Your role is to be competence center for credit risk area together with other team members. Your role will include local and Baltic tasks and projects; however you will also participate in relevant Group projects in credit risk area. You will be reporting directly to the Head of Risk Oversight in SEB Lithuania.

About the position

Main Responsibilities:
- Be highly involved in product or process development in credit risk related local, Baltics and Group projects
- Interact with IT, including business requirements preparation and testing, in credit risk related developments
- Contribute to local implementation and well-functioning of infrastructure and documentation of the credit risk models
- Maintain credit risk related documentation, methodologies and instructions
- Work with credit risk data for reporting and ad hoc projects in detailed level
- Consult and interact with stakeholders locally and in the Group regarding credit risk related issues
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- Excellent analytical skills
- Degree in finance, economics, mathematics or equivalent
- Working experience in Risk, Finance, Credits or related area
- Fluent English
- Basic understanding of bank’s Credit process
- Basic understanding of related regulatory requirements
- Good understanding of technical infrastructure for data
- Good understanding of agile way of working
- Experience in data analysis and MS products
