About the role
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with data and communication, and who’s excited by the idea of creating meaningful customer experiences — delivering the right message to the right customer at exactly the right moment.
In this role, you will:
In this role, you will:
- Plan, create, and execute CRM campaigns across multiple channels and multi markets, including email, SMS, pop-ups, and more;
- Build audience segments and deliver personalized communication based on customer behavior, lifecycle stage, and key insights;
- Continuously test, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve engagement, conversion, and overall performance;
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Design teams to develop impactful campaign content and seamless customer journeys;
- Monitor campaign results, identify trends, and turn data into actionable recommendations;
- Ensure all CRM communications are aligned with brand voice, customer needs, and compliant guidelines.
What we expect from you
- Experience in CRM, digital marketing, or a similar role;
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools;
- Strong analytical and communication skills;
- Experience with multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications);
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects;
- Proactive mindset with an interest in testing and optimizing campaigns;
- Attention to detail;
- Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken;
- Knowledge and interest in sports would be considered an advantage.
