We help individuals take control of their financial future by providing investment education, consulting, and access to trusted financial products — including brokerage services and insurance solutions.
Our model is affiliate-based: we partner with major brands (Freedom24, Interactive Brokers, and leading U.S. insurance providers) and earn commissions for capital raised.
Currently, we operate across Lithuania, Poland, and the United States, helping thousands of clients turn financial uncertainty into confidence.

The Real Opportunity
Most designers care about making things look “pretty” or winning creative awards. We don’t. We care about trust, psychology, and conversion. You will own the entire post-click experience. You are not just “building pages” — you are architecting the environment where a sceptical stranger turns into a high-value investor.
Key Responsibilities
- Rapid Execution & Iteration: Concept → Design (Figma) → Build (WordPress/Elementor) → Optimize.
- Conversion Architecture: Design for trust and clarity, especially for 35–55 demographic.
- CRO & Funnel Psychology: VSLs, webinars, lead magnets, social proof placement, compliance.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Heatmaps, GA4, A/B tests, multivariate testing.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales to align messaging and UX.
Requirements
- Proven portfolio of high-converting landing pages/funnels.
- Strong copywriting skillsfor headlines, CTAs, and persuasive microcopy.
- WordPress/Elementor mastery + responsive design skills.
- Data literacy (GA4, GTM, Hotjar/Microsoft Clarity).
- Self-management and proactive problem-solving.
