GET READY TO
- Ensure daily management of the direct team performing support to customers to achieve their allocated SLA’s and targets
- Ensure great overall support experience to the customers, partners and stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze essential Customer Service metrics
- Coach and develop team members
- Ensure high prioritization and timely response to the authorities and customer requests
- Provide regular performance reviews and feedback regarding achievement at a one to one level for direct reports
- Analyze and monitor individual team members performance against personal objectives, recommending personal improvement plans where necessary
- Invoke appropriate action and procedures relating to poor performance
- Be actively involved in designing and implementing Customer Care processes and operations
- Ensure preparation and timely delivery of the reports to customers, other stakeholders, and Company’s management.
WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE
- University degree
- Strong work experience in Customer support, customer service or call center operations management
- Proven experience in leading the team
- Excellent problem solving and decisions making skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with excellent collaboration skills
- Open and positive communication behavior
- Analytical and critical thinking, result orientation and responsibility
