We are looking for a Customer Interaction Project Manager to join Technical Development Team in Vilnius. You will be responsible for the stable operation and ongoing development of the ServiceNow platform supporting finance service management. Acting as a bridge between finance stakeholders and technical teams, the position supports requirements definition, solution delivery, and user support to ensure efficient service delivery and a positive user experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure stable daily operation and continuous development of the Finance ServiceNow platform with a strong focus on usability and positive user experience.
  • Maintain and improve Finance Service Catalogs, ensuring consistency and alignment with finance processes.
  • Collaborate closely with finance stakeholders to translate business needs into clear functional requirements and support prioritization of change requests based on business value and development capacity.
  • Act as a key liaison between business users and ServiceNow development team to ensure timely and accurate solution delivery.
  • Coordinate and support system changes across development, UAT, and deployment to ensure solution quality and usability.
  • Own user queries and incidents end‑to‑end within system scope, ensuring timely resolution and a positive customer experience.
  • Provide user guidance and support to ensure effective system usage and adoption, promote ServiceNow as a key platform for finance service requests and customer interaction.
  • Maintain functional documentation, user instructions, and related communication materials.
  • Participate in other cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing customer experience.
  • Act as a backup for designated colleagues to ensure continuity of service delivery.

Basic requirements for the position

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, or related field
  • Understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including workflows, service catalogs and integrations or experience with other ticketing or service management systems is a strong advantage
  • Strong understanding of what high‑quality customer service means in practice, with the ability to advocate customer service culture in system and process design
  • Experience working closely with IT teams and coordinating system development or enhancement projects
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements and explain technical concepts in user‑friendly language
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a customer‑service mindset
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented team player with strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Advanced written and spoken English; additional languages considered as an advantage
