As part of our European Customer Excellence Center, you will join the Customer Service organization in Vilnius, supporting our European markets. This role contributes to delivering a high-quality customer experience, while driving process consistency, compliance, and operational excellence across the Order-to-Cash process.
In this position, you will act as a key partner for customers in your region, ensuring their requests are handled efficiently and professionally, while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Planning.

Key responsibilities
Act as Customer Key Partner for a defined regional customer portfolio
Ensure timely handling of customer orders, complaints, and documentation requests
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive and solution-oriented communication
Collaborate with Sales and other functions to address customer needs and resolve complex issues
Manage and maintain customer, product, and pricing master data
Handle customer complaints and ensure proper follow-up and resolution
Issue credit and debit notes where required and ensure correct documentation
Ensure timely delivery of invoices and related documentation to customers
Ensure compliance with Owens Corning procedures, policies, and internal controls
Monitor and support performance using Customer Service KPIs and reporting tools
Identify and escalate operational or system-related issues where needed
Ensure timely handling of customer orders, complaints, and documentation requests
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive and solution-oriented communication

Business requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience in Customer Service / Order-to-Cash processes is preferred
Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Additional language skills such as any Baltic language (Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian) are considered a strong advantage
