We're looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented professional who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, and carriers via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve issues efficiently and effectively as they arise.
- Focus on meeting and exceeding set KPI goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Deliver smooth and productive customer service.
- Complete tasks assigned by your supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Strong English communication skills, even surpassing proficiency in your native language.
- Comfortable and highly productive working the 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM shift. (2 remote workdays per week)
- Ability to handle stressful situations with composure and efficiency.
- A positive, communicative, responsible, and goal-oriented attitude, with a strong desire to assist others.
- Prior experience in customer service is an advantage!
