We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist who can handle real customer conversations at speed — answering emails, solving problems, processing refunds, and turning frustrated buyers into happy ones. This is not a script-reading role. You'll be the human behind a brand that ships to customers every day, and you'll have real ownership over how those interactions go.
You should be someone who moves fast, writes great English, has experience handling high email volume in an ecommerce environment, and knows how to de-escalate when things get heated. If you're excited to use AI tools to work smarter and faster, even better.

What you’ll do
Respond to customer emails quickly and clearly in English
Handle refunds, order issues, and de-escalations with care and good judgement
Work inside our customer support stack (Re:amaze, Stripe, Shopify) to resolve issues end-to-end
Identify recurring issues and flag them so the product and operations keep improving
Use AI tools in your daily workflow to draft replies faster and improve response quality
Help shape how our support function grows as we scale

What we’re looking for
Previous experience in customer support, specifically email response
Strong written English — clear, friendly, and professional
Experience with customer service software (please mention which tools you've used)
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Experience working in ecommerce
Comfortable with high email volume
Experience handling refunds and de-escalations
