About the job role:

We are looking for an expert in the customer support field who wants to join a growing international company in the business coaching industry. This job position is entirely remote, so you can work anywhere in the world as long as you stick to regular Lithuanian working hours (8-17h). We are looking for a native Lithuanian speaker who speaks and writes fluently in English.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting our existing clients by answering their questions.
  • Daily client support by keeping them accountable and tracking their progress.
  • Client support is mainly written but also includes online Zoom meetings.
  • 70% of the work is in English and 30% in Lithuanian.
  • Managing Facebook group and communicating with the members inside the group.
  • Filling out the information about the clients in Excel, Word and other related documents.
  • Managing online platforms related to our course materials and client support.

Requirements:

  • Native Lithuanian speaker who is fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Experience in the customer service field.
  • Ability to commit to a full-time job with no side hustles or studies.
  • Good computer skills when using Google Drive, Word and Excel documents and email.
  • Ability to multitask and work on several different tasks at once.
  • Organized to follow the processes, track data, and complete all tasks on time.
