What You’ll Do:
B2C sales to our existing customer base (cold + warm leads)
Hit and exceed sales targets
Customer service via phone, e-mail, chat
Share feedback and insights on areas for improvement
Contribute input on sales pitches
Cover for colleagues in the same department during vacations, across other task lines

What We Expect:
Fluent in Lithuanian (C2), proficient in English (B2) - written and spoken
1+ year of B2C sales experience with a proven track record
Strong multitasker, comfortable juggling priorities
Consumer lending experience is a plus
