We are looking for a Customer Support Team Lead who will have a unique opportunity to create outstanding customer experience process and build her/his own team!

What you will do:
- Build your own Customer Support team which will ensure the high-quality customer experience
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers (B2B) – manage their questions, resolve problems, and ensure their satisfaction by providing quality service
- Collaborate with other teams, initiate internal projects and changes that arise from customer feedback
- Prioritize work for team members, assign tasks and lead by example
- Audit customer support procedures and trends, determine constant improvements
We expect that you have
- 2+ years of customer support experience
- proven experience in a leadership role within customer support domain
- strong customer-first and solution-oriented mindset
- stakeholders management skills
- excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- can-do attitude
We expect that you are:
- ready to roll up your sleeves and set a high standard for customer support at Altechna
- well-organized and disciplined
- proactive and able to make decisions quickly
- fluent in Lithuanian and English
