Currently we are expanding our Cyber Security Baltics team and looking for Cyber Security Specialist who would help to organize and operate required cyber defense capabilities. Depending on your experience and expertise you will be involved (hands-on and/or coordinating) in the areas of Security Incident Detection and Response, Malware protection, Vulnerability scanning and others.

Currently we are expanding our Cyber Security Baltics team and looking for Cyber Security Specialist who would help to organize and operate required cyber defense capabilities. Depending on your experience and expertise you will be involved (hands-on and/or coordinating) in the areas of Security Incident Detection and Response, Malware protection, Vulnerability scanning and others.
In this role you will:
- Analyze security alerts, logs, network traffic, and other data sources to detect malicious activity and suggest threat detection and prevention improvements.
- Respond to security incidents by performing remedial actions directly or by coordinating with relevant teams to contain and mitigate security threats.
- Perform vulnerability scanning and embed results into wider vulnerability management process to ensure timely remediation of findings.
- Suggest and maintain security controls and measures to protect the organization, such as, intrusion detection/prevention systems, WAF, EDR and similar.
- Suggest, configure, and manage security tools (e.g. SIEM, WAF, EDR, Proxy, IPS, Vulnerability scanners etc.) to ensure effective defense against cyber threats.
- Prepare operational reports on security incidents, metrics, trends, and compliance status for management and stakeholders.
What you need to succeed:
- University degree in Security, Technology, or similar field of studies.
- At least 3 years of successful work experience in technical or managerial roles in the fields of Security or Technology.
- Solid understanding of Cyber-defense area, including tooling, technology, and processes.
- Good communication skills, with ability to present and coordinate cyber defence activities with technical teams.
- Fluent Lithuanian and English skills.

Salary:
The salary for this position ranges from 3500 €/mon up to 4500 €/mon gross ( i.e. before taxes) depending on your experience and expertise.
