Work safety and quality coordinator

Organize and consult on issues of worker safety and health, fire safety, make proposals for the improvement and strengthening of these areas;
Instruct employees in matters of occupational safety and health, fire safety, prepare and update instructions;
Organize, conduct and control mandatory training for employees;
Investigating the circumstances and causes of accidents at work and on the way to/from work, incidents and occupational illnesses, filling out the necessary documents, submitting them to the responsible authorities;
Provision of preventive measures to avoid accidents and implementation of drunkenness prevention;
Compile and control the employee health inspection schedule;
Ensure the provision of personal protective equipment to employees;
Organize and control occupational risk assessment at workplaces;
Advise employees on all issues related to employee safety and health.
Help prepare documentation for each individual project in English.
Communicating with clients on work safety and quality issues. (we will train and provide training free of charge).

Excellent oral and written knowledge of English, as it will be the main working language;
At least 1 year of project management experience;
Analogous work experience;
Responsibility, initiative, quick reaction to problems;

1000-1800 €/mon. net
