What You will need
- SQL knowledge (can be basic, intermediate would be preferred)
- R/Python knowledge would be an advantage
- Interest in the data analytics field or finished a course specializing in data analysis
- Proficiency in English
What You will do
- Support our teams in Kenya and Uganda with the implementation of new projects by interpreting data from our CRM, Google Analytics, and other external databases
- Support business in understanding the performance of our processes and products by extracting data and creating meaningful insights
- Apply the knowledge gained from data to suggest changes in the product setup or processes
- Build automated dashboards and reports to facilitate company-wide awareness and understanding of key metrics (we are working with Power BI & redash.io)
- Be the data and analytical lead on various projects and work closely with different teams across the company
- Analyze all operational activities & performance (mainly sale & debt collection)
- Suggest operational KPIs & performance measurement systems
- Run A/B testing in various departments with the goal to find better ways to achieve results
- Work closely with the IT team to resolve any data-related issues and bugs
- Support local teams with technical or data-related issues
- Make proposals for changes in business processes or the development of new processes
