Job description

What can you expect your day to look like?

Analyzes the information provided for fuel surcharge recalculations, identifies and communicates discrepancies, and provides recommendations. Enters and periodically updates fuel surcharge tables agreed upon with clients;
Verify alignment between KKS import files and DEAL CRM / SALESFORCE / AXAPTA requests/tenders;
Resolve inconsistencies and rectify errors with the Sales, Trade Marketing Departments;
Provides guidance and support to colleagues in the Sales and Marketing and Customer Care departments on matters related to the operation of the KKS system
Format KKS import files for SAP compatibility;
Upload and edit KKS files in SAP, including organizing lines and setting cargo types;
Modify contractual agreements in SAP based on departmental approval;
Handle JIRA requests efficiently.

What do we expect from you?

Advanced education, preferably in higher education.
Proficiency in logical and analytical thinking.
Capacity to absorb, analyze, and systematize large volumes of information.
Diligence and attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Excel.
Commitment to continuous improvement and openness to feedback.
Experience in working with large-scale data analysis and calculations is a plus.
