Main responsibilities:

Design, develop, deploy, and continuously improve advanced data science and machine learning models
Apply deep learning techniques for structured data to solve complex prediction, classification, and forecasting challenges
Develop and implement multi-objective optimization solutions to balance competing business goals and maximize business value
Perform regression analysis and predictive modeling to identify key business drivers and forecast critical performance metrics
Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and other experimentation frameworks to measure the impact of products, features, and business initiatives
Work with large and complex datasets, performing data preparation, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis
Write clean, scalable, and high-performance Python code using tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy
Leverage GPU acceleration (CUDA) to optimize model training and inference performance
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations in Microsoft Power BI
Partner with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into impactful data science solutions
Communicate complex analytical findings and model outcomes clearly and effectively, turning insights into actionable business recommendations

What do we expect?

Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, or another quantitative field
Proven experience in a Data Science role applying advanced analytical and modeling techniques
Strong proficiency in Python and the core data science ecosystem, including Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn
Practical experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow, including the use of GPU acceleration (CUDA)
Proven experience in developing predictive models for tabular data using both traditional machine learning and deep learning approaches
Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in multi-objective optimization methods and algorithms
Strong foundation in statistics, experimental design, A/B testing, and causal inference
Experience developing dashboards, reports, and visualizations using business intelligence tools, particularly Microsoft Power BI
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex business challenges into data-driven solutions
Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical concepts and analytical insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
Proactive mindset, curiosity, and a passion for leveraging data to drive business impact

Monthly salary: €2,980.00 - €4,470.00 (before taxes). The specific salary offered depends on work experience and competencies.
